“Our practice is to live our daily lives in such a way that every moment, every act, becomes an act of love.”

– Thich Nhat Hanh

I am so happy you are here. In fact, I am honored.

Yes, life feels particularly hard. A steady barrage of upheaval, loss, grief, and massive change have naturally led to far more anxiety, depression, apathy, and overwhelm.

Study after study has shown proven results that meditation lowers stress, anxiety, depression and blood pressure, while improving sleep, memory, mood and immune response by regulating the nervous system. Meditation is inherent in all of us, and I want to help you remember your instinctive process to arrive there with your health and vitality restored.

Along with meditation guidance and practice, I also offer my open heart, as a bridge to yours, through heart-centered conversation. As fellow earthlings we all have the same essential needs…connection, validation, safety, and to be loved just the way we are. My hope is through these offerings you will experience rest, relief and a renewed sense of your inherent beauty.

“I’ve never thought of myself as someone who meditates. Although I’ve wanted to, getting there has been a challenge for me. I’ve tried many meditation apps, all of which use the same basic approach, and never worked for me. But then I found Lisa and Instinctive Meditation. Lisa is loving and patient, helping me learn that meditation is possible for anyone, especially with the right guide, and Lisa is the just that. She is thoughtful, generous and leads with beautiful words that can only be described as uniquely emotional, soothing and deeply relaxing.”

“Lisa has a unique and gifted ability to see into your soul and let you know exactly what you need. She has talked me through some of my darkest days, shared her vulnerability to offer me strength, and helped me to survive moments that felt unsurvivable. Lisa has a beautifully open perspective and she sees nature as a means of delivering messages, hope and inspiration. This helps me to see the world through her eyes. She’s also lived a real life and she weaves realism and humor into our talks. We laugh and cry like best friends over the simplest and most painful things like words exchanged in line at a grocery store. Her words offer such a warm embrace.”
